MF Global FIX API

The Man FIX API is a FIX4.2 compliant API that provides access to exchanges using the FIX protocol. The system allows clients to route orders using FIX4.2 protocol, which is then converted to the message format required by the desired exchange. The system also provides redundant access to exchanges so that if one route to an exchange is down, the orders can be sent to a backup route if available. Pre-trade risk can be assessed and managed by the IRIS system before an order is sent to the exchanges. The MAN FIX API is available 24 hours a day, Sunday through Friday.
